Monitoring of Assessments and Reports After an assessor has completed an assessment and uploaded it to the Observation Warehouse, the supervisor can download it and review it. Using special Administrator tools, the supervisor can edit it, providing the assessor with feedback and categorizing specific shortcomings in the assessment and report writing. These shortcomings are tracked by the system and can be used to produce a detailed analysis of the assessment team's strengths and weaknesses. In conjunction with the Inter-rater Reliability Tracking Report described above, specifically targeted refresher training curriculum for assessors may be derived.
