The data gathered by the assessors are securely transmitted via the internet to a remote web server we call the Observation Warehouse. It serves as a repository for all the assessments completed, and keeps track of each "state" of the observation for auditing purposes. Having all the assessors' data transmitted to one location allows for central access, and also allows assessors to complete observations without needing to always be connected to the internet.
